So Elimination Chamber is a Smackdown Live PPV this year which I agree with since RAW got Hell in a Cell last year. I wanted to take a second to explain the concept of this PPV before I write this in case you've never seen one.
The Chamber(pictured above) is lowered on the ring and is locked once the last competitor enters. There are six people in a chamber match and four pods that four people are locked in. The match starts with two and one pod will open every five minutes. The match is elimination based so once someone gets pinned or taps out they have to leave the chamber. Simple enough right? Alright lets get to the matches.
Kickoff Match: Mojo Rawley vs Curt Hawkins
Winner: Mojo Rawley
I think the face wins cause they seem to really like Mojo lately since Zac Ryder got hurt cause I really think they were gonna put the tag titles on them.
Apollo Crews & Kalisto vs Dolph Ziggler(2-on-1 Handicap Match)
Winner: Dolph Ziggler
I love that Dolph is back to being a heel and I can't imagine him loosing this match clean. If he looses then it'll be him using a chair and getting disqualified since he's been doing a lot of that lately. It would be cool if we get a surprise NXT call up to help Dolph in this match but I'm thinking that prob won't happen.
Becky Lynch vs Mickie James
Winner: Mickie James
I can see Becky winning this match but I really think they've gonna give Mickie the win since this is her first singles match since coming back to the main roster. Cause she lost her return match in NXT to Asuka but that was for the title. The only reason that she would lose is if she isn't going to stick around long cause this would be a really strong win for Becky.
Tag Team Championship Turmoil Match: Alpha, The Ascension, The Usos, Heath Slater & Rhyno, Breezango and The Vaudevillians Smackdown
Current Smackdown Tag Team Champions: American Alpha
Winner: The Ascension
This is more a "I want them to win" pick more than anything haha! Cause they won last Tuesday and I want them to get back to how they were on NXT so badly. I love American Alpha and would like for this to lead to a feud with them!
Nikki Bella vs Natalya
Winner: Nikki Bella
With all the rumors that she may have to cut back on how many matches she does because her back isn't healing fully then it's a guarantee that's she'll win this match. And I really hope that this is the blow off match cause I've liked the mic work with this feud but I'm ready for this to be it.
Luke Harper vs Randy Orton
Winner: Randy Orton
I would like for Luke to win to give him na strong start to his singles career if thats how the story is going to keep going but I can't see Orton losing since he's going to headline Mania. It would make sense story wise especially if Bray can win the title in the Chamber match.
Smackdown Woman's Championship Match: Alexa Bliss vs Naomi
Current Smackdown Woman's Champion: Alexa Bliss
Winner: Alexa Bliss
I really like Naomi and I'm glad she's getting a title shot but I can't see her winning the title right now. I can see Alexa dropping the title at Mania but she's such a strong champion and I'd like to see her keep the belt for a long time. She's one of the best pure heels in the WWE right now and she's so great on the mic and in ring.
WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Match: John Cena, AJ Styles, Bray Wyatt, The Miz, Dean Ambrose and Baron Corbin
Current WWE Champion: John Cena
Winner: Bray Wyatt
I know that the rumors are strong that Bray will win this match but it just makes sense for the story they're trying to tell to have him win. He wins and faces Randy Orton at Mania to put and end to their alliance. I can see Cena walking out champ but I just want that belt on Bray so bad! He's been so over for so long now and it's just his time! I just hope the creative team pulled the trigger and did it! No one else winning would make sense but I always love a surprise so seeing AJ get his belt back would be cool with me.
